RETURNS

• Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date 
• All products must be returned in original condition
• To exchange an item bought online, please return the item and place a new order online
• In case your return concerns a wrongly delivered item, or a defect, please contact us

1. Download the return form here 
2. Complete the return form and place it inside the parcel together with the item(s) you wish to return
3. Attach the return label on top of the old address label
4. Bring it to your nearest post office

Refund
We always aim to handle your return purchase as soon as we can. We refund in the same way we received your payment. In general you should receive a refund within 30 days.
